2 cups Mayo (I use the kind made with olive oil)
1 can Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce
1/8 cup white wine vinegar
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic
Put everything in a food processor and blender and whizz it up until blended.
It's awesome.
